LOOONNNNGGGG time NOOOOO post!
Hi Gorgeous,
So, its been quite a while since I last blogged about anything and I guess its because my life has certainly changed! I became a momma to a beautiful baby girl this past June and nothing's been the same since.
So here I am and in a completely new chapter of my life as a wife AND a mom; and yet many of my passions are the same! I find myself at a crossroads of life and so does this blog ... I mean after all I have so many new things to share, so I'm going to try to share them all as they come in hopes I'm able to connect with some of you on a mom level, on a beauty level, on a (basic) fashion level or maybe on all of them!
It's going to be a ride and I definitely don't promise to be consistent (shit, I'm lucky if I can consistently remember deodorant these days) but I'm going to try. I'm going to try for you and mostly for me because as a women, mom, wife, daughter, sister, cousin, employee, friend, etc... I have lots to say and to share :)
Here's a toast to this next chapter and to hoping this blog can keep up with me!
Cheers to a beautiful you,
*MKG

WunderBrow Review
Hi Gorgeous,
As you know, I'm hooked on brows and mine take me at least 10min everyday to do. Between them being thin, unevenly shaped, and with little to no hair growth in the front, I shape them and fill them in every.single.day! And it's exhausting :(
So, like may of us brow focused gals I follow tons of threading, waxing, tinting, shaping, filling, tattoo, and micro-blading Instagram's and YouTube accounts. Now with Instagram's new algorithms and interest based Ad's it was with no surprise that a 15sec Wunderbrow tinted gel Ad popped up on my feed - and within seconds I had it in my Amazon Prime Cart (along with high hopes and expectations!).
Cost: at $22.00 its right on par with many other high end brow products.
What you get: Tinted Gel and Spooley
Claim: (taken directly from Wunderbrow website)
Long lasting - stays on until you decide to take it off.
Transfer-Proof - will not transfer onto your clothes.
Budge-Proof - will not smudge if you rub.
Water-Proof - shower, swim, workout, Wunderbrow stays put.
Hair Fibers - fill in sparse areas for a natural look.
My thoughts:
Long Lasting -YES - lasting days (as on Instagram ad) or until I take off...not so much. First off, ANY oil based remover will take the gel off. I have a naturally oily t-zone, which encompasses the forehead, so I've noticed that I'f not controlling my t-zone as usual the gel will come off a bit easier than my t-zone is under control.
Transfer-proof - YES, this I have found to be true which makes snuggling, wearing sunglasses and hats worry-free.
Budge-proof - Pretty Much ... again back to my point with long lasting; If you have oily skin or touch your brows with oily fingers you will get some product that comes off. Of course, not as much as if you were just using a powder or pencil.
Water-Proof - YES! I tested this the last 2 times in the shower. It lasted throughout the shower (NOTE* I did not use my soaps as I normally do) and so I cannot wait to wear in the summer on pool/beach days. I would be interested to see if you run into an issue if applying sunscreen throughout a day in the sun/water.
Hair fibers- I definitely notice that when I use this gel my brows absolutely look fuller, which is a plus.
Final review:
This is YOUR product if you have sparse brows or are just looking to spruce your brows up without having to worry about accidentally touching your brows or transfer etc. For me, this will be my go to in the summer for its longevity qualities as well as being waterproof. However, for my needs of filling in the areas that I have no hair growth, its not the best. The reason is mostly because its a tint and I need to make believable hair strokes in the area when I actually have no hair.
Would I buy it again .... hmmm I feel like its going to take a very long time to use up the entire tube BUT when/if I should I think I would consider buying it again (but lets see how it does for me during the heat/sweat/water/sun lotions of the summer).
Cheers to a beautiful you,

Current Skin Care Routine
Hi Gorgeous,
Since my wedding I've been trying so hard to keep up my skin care routine and I am truly noticing a difference. Here is my current A.M / P.M skin care routine:
5:30am
Struggle to wake up (lol) and turn on the coffee pot!
After brushing my teeth, I begin prepping my skin for the day:
Since my wedding I've been trying so hard to keep up my skin care routine and I am truly noticing a difference. Here is my current A.M / P.M skin care routine:
5:30am
Struggle to wake up (lol) and turn on the coffee pot!
After brushing my teeth, I begin prepping my skin for the day:
- Wash my face with warm water / splash with cold water right at the end
- Dry with clean face towel
- Apply eye cream: Currently loving Mario Badescu Hyluronic Eye Cream
- Apply face moisturizer: Currently using MURAD Oil Control Moisturizer SPF 15 PA+++
- Apply chapstick of choice!
After applying my eye, face, and lip moisturizer I enjoy a cup of coffee while it all sinks into the skin. Once my coffee is done and my face feels almost dry (a little tacky) I begin my makeup routine :)
9:45pm
After a long day, there's nothing more I'd like to do that just put my PJ's on and head into the bed BUT we all know leaving the days face on is a skin-care 'no-no' so I head to the bathroom for my nighttime routine.
- I use CVS brand makeup remover wipes in lavender to remove all my face makeup.
- Because it's important to be gentle around the eye area, I use a cotton swab with either Bioderma or Lancome Bi-Facil to remove my eye makeup.
- Wash off any remaining product using Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser (every other day I use this cleaner in conjunction with my Clarisonic to assist in a deeper clean).
- Once a week I tone with either the Mario Badescu Aloe toner or the Mario Badescu Glycolic Acid toner
- Apply eye cream: RoC Retinol Correxion Eye Cream
- Apply face serum: OLE HENRIKSEN Truth Serum Vitamin C collagen booster
- Apply face oil: OLE HENRIKSEN Pure Truth Vitamin C Youth Activating Oil
- OR Apply face cream: EMBRYOLISSE Lait-Creme Concentre
- Apply Bite beauty Agave lip mask
annndd after all that, I'm officially ready to crawl in bed, kiss my hubby 'goodnight', and pass out :)
Sometimes I, obviously, need to cater this routine towards certain skin issues I may be experiencing at that time. I've been really happy with my skin and hope it continues to improve (although I am itching for another PCA peel!).
Cheers to a beautiful you,

DRY SHAMPOO !!
Hi Gorgeous,
Let us talk Dry Shampoos! For me, a gal with naturally oily hair, it is a routine MUST that saves me at least 2x a week. But, for those of you who might not have ever really messed with it, let me give you the scoop!
Dry shampoo will save your hair when its looking just a little slippery but face it, you don't feel like taking a full on shower. It will rid your hair of excess oil and odor without the need for water! Just spray at your roots wait a few seconds, and then fluff in with fingers- VUALA!
Dry shampoo can also help you pump up the volume on any flat-do because of its starchy nature (think adding starch to thicken a stew). It's also epic in holding that tease all night long!
My favs:
Batiste Dry Shampoo (affordable 'Drugstore')
Dry Bar Detox Dry Shampoo (pricey Prestige brand)
Cheers to a beautiful you,

Which is better you ask? Whichever fits your budget! Don't let pricey items fool you into thinking they are always better. Many Drugstore brands are actually the Parent companies of the high-end brands you love which means ... shared manufacturing space/products etc. (get it?)
In this case both are fantastic - for everyday use I turn to Batiste which I pick up in ULTA, but for that extra 'umf' on date night I reach for drybar Detox. Its got a better hold and absorbs super fast. Plus, it comes in an adorable travel size that you can usual find while waiting on the line at Sephora- which comes in handy when needing to bring with you to another location.
Cheers to a beautiful you,

Aztec Indian Healing Clay - Fask Mask
Hi Gorgeous!
If you are into treatments, exfoliators, and face masks then this is the post for you!
Back in November I was watching the oh-so-sweet Kathleen Lights talk about a few of her favs and she mentioned this gem --->
If you are into treatments, exfoliators, and face masks then this is the post for you!
Back in November I was watching the oh-so-sweet Kathleen Lights talk about a few of her favs and she mentioned this gem --->
At first I told myself not to buy another product (although only retailing on amazon.com at $7.50 for 1lb) because I have tons of sheet masks, overnight masks, clay masks etc. But as I was approaching my wedding date, my skin was really acting up with these little bumps under the surface and uneven texture (bridal stress is NO JOKE). So I turned to my fellow bridal friends on FB and asked what they use to bring out the best in their skin and BAM! first reply was this Indian Healing Clay. That's all it took for me to go ahead, hop on Amazon and buy this baby.
Needless to say I'm so pleased I did and love how my skin looks and feels after using it. It's one of the simplest and 'all natural' products I use and requires nothing but itself and one other ingredient ... Apple Cider Vinegar (another health and beauty holy grail). I apply this every other week and typically on Sundays before bed.
My favorite part is that you can literally feel your face pulsating while the clay mask is drying and when it dries, boy is it DRY!! After removing you'll notice that face is a bit red (from scrubbing mask off and from acidic vinegar) and so I soothe it with a light ace oil and head to bed! It honestly removes all dead skin cells, dirt, and those stubborn clogged pores! You will feel like a new, vibrant YOU!
Cheers to a beautiful you!

Clarifying Shampoo (PSA - you need this in your life!)
Hi Gorgeous,
If you're like me, you are kind of 'shitty' at styling your luscious locks and so you require the help of products and tools - which then require the use of heat protectants, styling sprays and holds! With this comes the inevitable buildup of residues on your scalp and then you, like me, look like a grease ball even right after coming from the shower.
If this has happened to you, you need a clarifying shampoo (yasss) and my favorite is the Kenra Professional Clarifying Shampoo (I get mine at ULTA for a well spent $13 at 10.1 oz).
Clarifying shampoos are like the reset button we often dream existed on days were your hair and makeup just Can't. Get. It. Together.! Striping your hair and scalp of buildup's, clarifying shampoo allows you to 'start over' and gain a fresh perspective again.
Although not recommended for regular use (as in every time you wash), I do tend to use it every 2 weeks unless desperately needed. Since I have color treated hair I try to use sparingly as its not a color safe product AND I make sure to give my hair a reset right before I go to a color appointment so that I'm sure I wont be yearning for some clarification (hehe) too soon after color treatments!
So there you have it ... one of my life saving hair tricks (and lord KNOWS I need as many as I can get)
Cheers to a beautiful (hair worthy) you,
*MKG

Pixiwoo Beauties in the City
Hi Gorgeous!
Well, If you haven't guessed from the title, I had the honor and truly pure luck of meeting the Pixiwoo Sisters today! I'll be honest, working in the city and in my building I often get the benefit of rubbing shoulders with some amazing people. But today put me completely over the edge!! I have NEVER EVER expected to meet people I actually idolize, that totally captured my attention, and profoundly inspired me. I guess fate had a different plan and literally put the amazingly gorgeous Pixiwoo sisters right in front of me.
I'll start by saying that work and life have been so busy. As I've mentioned in the past, I am planning my wedding (only 5 months away!!), working for the SVP of my corporation, and still trying to fit 'me' time into my daily routine. SO, I had not been on my usual social media outlets (twitter/snapchat/youtube/IG) like I typically am. I literally had no idea that @Nixiepixi1 and @pixiwoos were traveling to, let alone, IN the Big Apple.
You can imagine my surprise when I stepped out of my building for a lunch walk, to see Sam and Nikki standing there. I could barely get my thoughts together, when I pulled my poor coworker to the corner and tried to create words in the English language to describe what was going on. I finally got enough out to say, "Oh my God, its the Pixiwoo sisters- I can't believe they are right there! D, do you think it's ok to ask them to take a picture? I shouldn't bother them right? OMG I can't believe its them! Look at Nikki's Valentino shoes! Should I ask them for a picture?" Without hesitation, my friend, and co-worker, looked at me and said, "You must absolutely ask them for a picture- give me your phone" - thank you for this, D ♡
Before I knew it, I was approaching Nikki and Sam to ask if they'd mind taking a minute for a photo with me!!!!!! (cue my nerves, pure fan-girl excitement, and the slowing down of time around me). I must say that I love them, even more than I had, after meeting them. They had no hesitation taking a photo-immediately pulling their sunglasses up and standing next to me with their beautiful outfits, well styled hair, and OF COURSE, angelically glamorous faces (these ladies can truly 'beat face').
They took the time to compliment me (Nikki said my perfume smelt absolutely beautiful) and to even ask my Name and tell me it was 'Nice to meet you'- I MEAN COME ON!!!!!!! Is this even real life!
I think it took 30minutes for the adrenaline to settle and I can only hope that this feeling of bliss, excitement, and ride on cloud 9 lasts me the rest of the week.
I only hope that you all get the chance to cross paths with Sam and Nikki and truly hope they know the impact they have on so many makeup loving, guru aspiring, individuals like myself. A truly magical moment in my life- so thank you Sam and Nikki for a memory to last me a lifetime <3
Cheers to the beautiful (inside and out) Pixiwoo Sisters and to you!

L'Oreal Paris Infallible Pro-Matte- HumpDay Happiness
Hi Gorgeous!
During a recent trip to CVS I spent, like normal, an obnoxious amount of time in the beauty aisles, and came across this new foundation form L'Oreal that has been the talk of the town. The L'Oreal Infallible Pro-Matte foundation is a demi-matte foundation with claims to last 24hrs.
Ladies ... the day has finally come where a drug store brand makes an INCREDIBLE foundation!
I have been IN LOVE with this foundation, its coverage, its application, and its wear. Whenever I wear it I am in love with the way my skin looks and always shocked when I hit the 'little girls room' at how great it still looks throughout the day!
I would say the finish is satin matte which is complementary for people with oily/combination skin. Unless using with a thick moisturizer and hydrating primer, I'm not sure I'd recommend for those with Dry skin. I say this because I had a dry patch (after treating a dreaded pimple) and I noticed the foundation clung to it!
The coverage is medium-full and the color match is pretty point on (currently in shade 104 but may need to repurchase darker once summer is in full swing)
All in all, I give this foundation a 10.5!!! (thats out of 10, which means it's, like, REALLY good). And at $12.99 (thats without a sale or coupons).... who could really complain!
So go on ladies, enjoy this sunny HumpDay
and get to your local drugstore!
Cheers to a beautiful you,

Josie Maran does it again! All the warm tingles on a Thursday ...
Hi Gorgeous!
Remember when I wrote about the Josie Maran Argan Tanning Cream? And I thought well it can't get better than this.... annnddd then she came out with the Josie Maran Argan liquid Gold Self-Tanning Oil!!!!
Let me first say that trying to be more consistent with my self tanning, has been a recent mission of mine. I've been trying a few self tanners, but this one just amazes me every time! I can't tell you if it's just the almost felt like mitt, the Super hydration that it gives my skin, or the vanilla-apricot smell, that makes me like it the most but it's the combination that drives this self tanned to the top!!
Application is easy and just like any other self tanner except the smell is wonderful and instead of a lotion this is an oil. I will say that I am already terifyed of running out (it's still on backorder) and the fact that you can't really see through the bottle doesn't help. This gem is retailing at a whopping $38 (second reason I'm fearful of running out) BUT thats right in the range with the other high-end self-tanners.
Sooo if you are in the market for a new self tanner, that's free of Parabins, Sulfates, Phthalates, and that hydrates your skin with 100% Argan Oil - than this bronzed oil is for you!
Cheers to a beautiful you,

Fabulous Friday Finds!
Hi Gorgeous!
2 obsessions this week .... Laura Mercier Ritual and Beautycounter Dew Skin Moisturizing Coverage!
Laura Mercier Ritual:
First of all- many of you will remember, like me, how this Baked Bronzer made its very first appearance over a year ago and sold out almost immediately!
Well, when I saw it on Sephora.com I immediately threw it in my online cart and by the time I went to check out, well 'wudda ya kno' it was out of stock!
Lucky for us all- it came back in stock and has been there since! I knew I was going to love it as soon as I received it.
It is a bit intimidating at first as there are a variety of bronze colors, some deeper than others, as well as streaks of pink! It is honestly the most beautiful bronzer I have used in a while, with multipurpose use and fantastic wearability. I don't think it could look bad on anyone!
Favorite way to use it? As a bronzer/blush!! I apply from cheekbone to mid cheek with a synthetic brush and each time immediate fall in love and dream of the beach! If you have been considering it, or are looking for a great value or a new bronzer, GO, no RUN to Sephora and pick this gem up or order online (hyperlink is up above)!
Beautycounter Dew Skin Moisturizing Coverage:
You know I have reviewed several products from Beautycounter including the original tinted moisturizer. When they launched their Dewy version I was honestly excited as my skin has been dull lately. I'm currently using shade 2 and will maybe get another month out of it before its a bit too light for the summer.
It is definitely dewy in application and semi-dewy in finish, once the product has sat on the skin. I do feel it is a bit more moisturizing than the original formula, but it does provide less coverage- which could be perfect for warmer weather. The only downfall is the smell ... I'm not sure what it is but it reminds me of grandma's! Could be worse I guess, but definitely not a smell most would like having on their face. I will say, after the 4th use I did not really even pay attention to the smell!

MARCH is in like a lion ... and my skin has gone wild!!
Hi Gorgeous!
So March is upon us and my skin is rejecting me (naturally since I have a trip planned and it is my bday month)!
*Please note that this is a slight exaggeration as I have never really battled with acne or bad skin. With that being said, what has been happening to my skin has been unusual and 'bad' for me, personally*
There have been several changes in my life (planning my wedding / increased workout / diet change) and I'm sure these have contributed to the change in my skin. What I'm dealing with is little 'bumps' as I'll call them. They don't turn into whiteheads, and they don't turn into black heads, and when I squeeze them nothing comes out. They are not itchy or red or patterned at all, just raised bumps in my skin.
I've also always had a lot of visible pores that get clogged and so with working out those have increased as well.
And so my dilemma led me down the skincare isles at Sephora and right into the bliss of GlamGlow. I have used several products from the GlamGlow line and have been satisfied so I thought I'd try another one of their masks. This time I picked up the GLAMGLOW SUPERMUD CLEARING TREATMENT and finally tired it out yesterday afternoon while my hubby2be played some playstation!
First impression- smells good, light in consistency, dark in color (all as expected)
I applied the mask all over my face, avoiding the mouth and eye areas and noted the tingling sensation it gave my skin immediately (at some points a bit more of a 'sting').
The instructions advise letting the mask sit for 5-20 minutes and so I chose to keep it on for 20 since I had the time. The mask, like most, stiffened and but always felt cool on the skin. I washed it off with warm water and a damp rag after the 20min and BAM all done!
Final impression- Loved the way it felt on the skin / excited to use it, also, as a spot treatment / skin looked rejuvenated and bright BUT I'm not sure it really drew much out from my skin. With that being said, I am aware that like with most skincare, it will take multiple uses to see true results and so (as Arianna Grande would say) I've got to try, try try again!
Cheers to a beautiful you,

Office essentials!
Hi Gorgeous,
Whether you work in a corporate office or for yourself, we all have office supplies to get us through each day. He are my essential supplies! ;)
KIEHL'S Ultimate Strength Hand Salve- if you work in the city (or are just very 'germ conscious') you are familiar with how continuous hand washing and sanitizing can really dry out your hands, nails etc. This stuff is gods gift to dry hands and I literally cherish every single squeeze!
KORRES Lip Butter/ Beurre Pour Les Levres in Jasmine! I love this for a quick butter like, colored lip balm. Its consistency is lovely and the color pay off is just enough for the natural look!
Chanel Rouge Coco Shine in 68 CANDEUR - this is as much luxurious as it is sexy. It gives your lips that glowy/dewy pink color that will brighten up any dull day or rough morning!
CARMEX- this lip balm will cure any chapped lip! From the freezing AC to the winter wind, this will get you through all year long!
YSL Touche Eclat Radiant Touch- for those mid day dark circles! Click and Swipe those bad boys away!
Gum- because yes, your breath does stink after your tuna melt!
Neutrogena Makeup wipes- sometimes you wake up in the morning and think you look great walking out of the house (ill blame the luminous 5am light - or lack there of) to only realize when you check the mirror at work that you look like you just did a drag tutorial- these guys will wipe away the fear! Or, just for those delightful spur of the moment rain showers that leak your mascara! This is a travel size which fits perfect in my desk drawer.
Bobby Pins - Bobbi Pins can literally save your life (*Please note that is not an actual medical fact). From keeping your hair out of your face, to creating a totally new style, or holding up that ripped hem- bobby pins are a must! And this case that these came in (believe its the goodie brand- I found mine in CVS) is genius! It keeps them all together :) which is great for a clutter freak!
Ibuprofen- because no matter how great our job/boss is, we all have 'headache' days. I found this hilarious case of emergency Ibuprofen at Duane Read 'help, I have a headache'.
Your own Coffee/Tea Mug- sometimes its just nice to use your own mug instead of a paper cup or a corporate one! I love this personalized 'M' Mug from one of my fav. co-workers *KP* :) You can find these babies at C Wonder- and PS. they make wonderful teacher/coworker/babysitter gifts!
Cheers to a beautiful you

TINTED!!
Hi Gorgeous!
Happy Friday!!!!! I don't know how your week was, but this week felt like forever! Now, on to what they say will be a beautiful weekend.
If you follow me on Instagram (@honeybeemkg), you know I posted a pic excited to try out the new Tint Skin from Beauty Counter! Long story short, my Aunts to Be (Shazi and Nicolle) are pretty awesome and always in 'the know' SO when Nicolle (follow her awesome blog My Jack and Salma) started telling us all about this awesome, non toxic, parabin free company- we all jumped in the band wagon for a ride!
Shazi recently placed an order for the Tint Skin that beauty counter recently released and out of the 2 colors she ordered- one was good for her and the other not-so-much = GREAT for me :) She kindly passed down the color Sand to me, and this morning I gave it a test run (thank you again Shazi <3)
1st thing's 1st, I'm the realest (kidding but that Song is so addictive)!
Seriously, 1st impression:
It is medium-full coverage and thick compared to other tinted moisturizers. PS. I used my fingers- will try with a brush/beautyblender to see if the thickness is different
2: Pores do look smaller (Hallelujah!)
3: I thought it smelt a little like an SPF at first, but it doesn't look like it has any ... (could be wrong)
4: I'm combination skin and it took a little while for the moisturizing end to settle, so I used a little setting powder to speed it up before I left the house.
5: The GLOW is great! I feel like I have that dewy look that we all love so much (especially in the fall/winter) but without having to use illuminizers under foundation, highlighters on top etc.
Love that it has Hyaluronic Acid in it and that it comes in 7 shades (I think they could add a few more for better matching purposes)! This is a great buy- but at $38 is a bit pocket heavy so not really for my 16-25 yr/old chica's BUT fantastic for the woman who can't be bothered in the morning, wants something to throw on that is multi purpose, and perfects her skin! Add some Blush and a little of beauty counters Lip Sheers and you are 2 and threw girrrll!
Cheers to a beautiful you,

Beauty Counter!
Hi Gorgeous!
I hope everyone is excited about the upcoming holiday weekend!
One of my favorite people (and fellow blogger Jack and Salma) has recently become a rep for this wonderful company, Beauty Counter. Beauty Counter aims "to get safe products into the hands of everyone" by banning "more than 1,500 ingredients setting a new health and safety standard-"
Now, I acknowledge that many beauty companies today still use harmful ingredients in their products (lead, phthalates, etc.) and with that being said I am still going to use them! I am in love with makeup and that is just not something that will change- but many companies are taking a stand and backing away from the ways of harmful chemical use (ex. Beauty Counter, Josie Maran, Bite beauty)
However, wherever i can take a step towards a better and safer makeup/body/skin care line, I will.
So, here I am at 9pm on a Wednesday night ordering from beauty counter, a few simple products!
As always, first thing I went for was the lip products! Since I'm usually a nude/pink girl i immediately gravitated towards the color below, Petal. First off, helloooo look at that packaging! I mean the lipstick casing is heavy and durable not to mention uber chic! The color pay off is as you'd expect- sheer and perfect for everyday!
The Glow Sugar Scrub was my second go to- and mostly because with all the self tanning- sunscreen- and face it, sweat- exfoliation is needed a bit more in the summer time! I must say, the smell wasn't my favorite as I guess I was expecting a warm rich vanilla/brown sugar smell. This actually smells sweet like Honey. I also wasn't fond of the waxy residue that was left behind after- I felt like I just wasn't clean yet!
Overall- it did its job but I wouldn't spend $38 on it- if harmful chemicals becomes an obsessive concern of mine- ill just buy a loofah!
Lastly, I went for the eye creams and saw this beaut! targeting dark under eye circles while firming the skin, this eye cream feels hydrating and cooling as soon as you first start to apply it. Again, the packaging is perfection! I will keep you posted on my (dreadful) dark under-eye circles to see if this bad boy is the answer to my prayers!
Overall, my experience with Beauty Counter was fantastic! I received my order in about 3 days, packaged nicely and with care (thank you Gregg!). The information provided by the company and their research is phenomenal and educational! I will be recommending this company to my friends & family with young kids- as their sunscreens look worthy!
Cheers to a beautiful you,

"Because a tan makes everyone look a little ... well, HAPPIER"
Hi Gorgeous!
I hope you had sometime this weekend to enjoy the beautiful weather we are having!
BUT, if you haven't had a change to soak in some Vitamin D- then this product may be just what you are looking for.
Self tanners are liked by many, yet scary to most! Between worrying about what color it will make you, whether you exfoliated enough, if you put enough lotion on your 'dry areas' and making sure that you don't have plans for the rest of the day- self tanning is overwhelming.
I have played with several different brands and like some more than others. Lately, my schedule has been extra busy and I was looking for a self tanner that wouldn't take much of my time and that was easy to use. I love using the St. Tropez self tanning mousse but it can be quite a process- and frankly at the end of the day I'm exhausted.
So, I was shopping around and figured that a gradual tanner would probably be my best bet for now. However, I had used in the past several gradual tanners and the smell bothers me (for example, Jergens natural glow), making it hard to get through the day (plus who wants to mix their perfume with the smell of a self tanner). FINALLY I came across the Josie Maran Argan Self Tanning Cream.
Not only does this cream give you a touch of color, but with little to no smell! Not to mention that it is "all-natural DHA" and without artificial dyes! This self tanner with 100% Argan oil delivers color while nourishing/hydrating the skin!
A definite must have for anyone sensitive to the smells of a normal self-tanner!
PS. I am hoping that this product becomes more readily available on the market, as for now it is only available on the QVC website.
Cheers to a beautiful (and tanner) you,
*MKG
